Housing Element

All California cities and counties are required to have a housing element included in their General Plan which establishes housing objectives, policies and programs in response to community housing conditions and needs.  This Housing Element has been prepared to respond to current and near-term housing needs in Mill Valley.  It contains updated information and strategic directions (policies and specific actions) that the City is committed to undertaking to address its housing needs.
