City Hall is closed holidays and every other Friday. Click 
here for detailed dates.
**Over the Counter service is geared towards small, residential-only projects that can be plan checked in approximately 10-15 minutes, such as minor kitchen or bath renovations. The service is on a first come, first served basis with a sign-up sheet available when the department opens at 8:00 am. Sign-ups are accepted until 11:30 am.  

It is recommended that you bring the plans in during regular counter hours to discuss the scope of the project to determine if the project qualifies for the over the counter permitting services.

Planning Commission Study Session to Review 575 E Blithedale (Richardson Site, aka Blithedale Terrace)

February 13, 2017 

The Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a Study Session public hearing review for the Richardson site (also known as Blithedale Terrace) residential development project on February 28, 2017. The project is proposed as a 20 dwelling unit townhouse project on a 51,605 square foot lot at 575 E Blithedale Avenue, a vacant lot near the intersection with Camino Alto.
