Click here for detailed dates. **Over the Counter service is geared towards small, residential-only projects that can be plan checked in approximately 10-15 minutes, such as minor kitchen or bath renovations. The service is on a first come, first served basis. Over-the-counter sign-ups begin at 8:00 am, services begin at 10:00 am.
It is recommended that you bring your plans in during regular counter hours to discuss the scope of the project to determine if the project qualifies for the over the counter permitting services.
A proposed project at 550 Miller Avenue has undergone an Initial Study of environmental factors that could potentially be effected by the development. The public is invited to provide comments on the Initial Study prior to a public hearing at the May 9 Planning Commission Meeting.
The new Development Standards modify the zoning associated with all properties in multi-family residential and downtown residential areas, and mixed-use development in commercial zoning districts in the City of Mill Valley.
