Blithedale Terrace Project
The City of Mill Valley has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the Blithedale Terrace Project, evaluating the environmental impacts of this project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Draft Environmental Impact Report indicates that the project could have significant impact on the environment in the areas of Air Quality, Biology, Geology and Soils, Hydrology, Noise, Public Services and Transportation. The recommended mitigation measures provided in the document would reduce all potentially significant impacts to levels considered less than significant.
The City is soliciting comments on the content of the DEIR from interested persons and organizations concerned with the project, in accordance with State CEQA Guidelines Section 15087.

If you challenge the final decision on the Blithedale Terrace Environmental Impact Report in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised in written or electronic correspondence delivered to the City prior to the close of the public review period at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12, 2010.
