2007 Click Off Photos
Monday, November 25, 2013
Forty-two photographers participated in the 2007 Click Off Photo Contest, using good old-fashioned 35mm film. Participants spent a 48-hour period shooting one roll of slide photographs in Mill Valley (zip code area 94941) or within the Mt. Tamalpais State Park boundary. After the film was developed, the entrants selected up to four slides for judging – one for each of the four categories: People, Places, Things, and Artistic Expression. There were First, Second, and Third Place photographs in each of the four categories, and a “Best in Show” photograph, which Dolin won.

The judges for this year’s Click-Off were: Suki Hill, long-time Mill Valley resident and recent Milley Awards recipient in the category of Visual Arts; Michael Sexton of Michael Sexton Photography, who has editorial, fine arts, and advertising experience with an emphasis on photographing people; and Randall McKinney, a Mill Valley based photographer who has been photographing weddings and events in the Bay Area for more than twenty years.

The sponsors for this year’s Click-Off were Framelines Photo (www.framlinesphoto.com) and Frame Crafters Gallery in Strawberry Village.
