Call for Musicians Applications 2016
Online application is available below. Once you have completed your online application form you must then mail in or drop off your clearly labeled CD with at least 3 complete musical selections with the $20/application submission fee. Your online application form, application fee & CD must be received no later than Tuesday, February 23, 2016 @ 5pm. If you choose to pay by cash or check please include your payment with your CD. If you indicated on your application form that you wish to pay by credit card, a staff person will contact you to obtain your information. Should you wish to have your CD returned, please provide a self-addressed stamped envelope as well. CDs will be returned no later than March 29, 2016. Application fee $20.00 Please make checks out to "City of Mill Valley" and send to:
