Call for Artwork Registration
Online registration is available below. Once you have completed your online registration form you must then mail in or drop off your CD with 10 examples of your work in jpeg format representing the type and range of the artwork that would be included in the show with a a list describing the title, medium and dimensions for each individual jpeg along with the $25 artist/curator submission fee to the Mill Valley Community Center 180 Camino Alto. Mill Valley, CA 94941 by Tuesday, March 17, 2015 @ 5pm

If you choose to pay by cash or check (payable to City of Mill Valley) please include your payment with your CD. If you indicated on your registration form that you wish to pay by credit card, a staff person will contact you to obtain your credit card information. Application fee $25.00 per applicant Please make checks out to "City of Mill Valley" and send to:
