The City of Mill Valley has recently adopted its 2017 Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Plan, which outlines the City’s bicycle and pedestrian policies and priorities. One of the goals is to become a “Bicycle Friendly City.” To do so, we are conducting a survey to learn more about transportation behaviors in our community. Your responses will help us improve our bicycle programs and facilities.
This survey has 13 questions and should take less than 7 minutes to complete. Your responses are private and your identity will be kept confidential. You may choose to provide your contact information so that staff may reach out to you for follow up if needed.
Questions? Please contact David Eshoo, Associate Engineer at email@example.com.
Thank you for supporting our efforts, as we pursue Mill Valley's goal of becoming a more bicycle- and pedestrian-friendly community.
