History
City Council established the BPAC in 1999 to produce the Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Plan which was adopted in 2000. In 2003 and 2008 the City re-established the BPAC for the purpose of updating the Plan. In 2009, City Council established a permanent committee to meet quarterly.
