Dare to Read This Summer
Come to the Library to pick up a reading log and get a free book of your choice to get started! Color in a square each day that you read for at least 20 minutes. If you can't make it to the Library, download a pdf of the reading log here.

All events are at 3:30pm in the Outdoor Amphitheater, located behind the Library. Some events require advance registration. Click here for more information and to sign up.

Personalized Reading Lists
For kids in grades 4-8
Every reader is different, and that's great! We want to get you books that you'll love reading. Take our online quiz about books you like and those you don't, then Librarians will email you a list of five titles we think you'll enjoy.
For fourth through eighth graders only. Younger kids can get a children's book pack. Teens - stay tuned for a great new resource that's coming soon.
Get Great Kids' Books
Order a Children's Book Pack to get ten (or more!) books hand-selected by Librarians, just for you. You don't even have to come inside the Library. Just click your favorite themes and we'll put together a pack of books you can pick up curbside or at the checkout desk.
You can get picture books, early readers or chapter books, and choose from topics like Emotions, Natural World, Songs & Rhymes, Trucks & Trains, and Librarian Favorites. What a great way to discover new books for children!
