2023 Registration Information

2023 Click Off Photography Competition registration is now open! Please fill out the online form below for each participant. Deadline to register is Monday, October 16th at 12noon.


About the Click Off Photography Competition

The "Click Off" is a photo competition to capture images within Marin County during the contest dates pertaining to one of four categories. New categories coming your way for 2023!

Categories will be randomly chosen by Recreation staff following the “Click Off - Kick Off“ which will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, October 17th at 6:00pm.

Registered participants will be informed of their randomly selected category and image upload instructions via email on Thursday, October 19th by 3pm.

Participants of this photography competition will capture images pertaining to one of four subject categories within Marin County during the dates of October 19th through November 2nd, 2023.

Images must be captured within Marin County during the contest dates.

Participants will have until midnight, November 3rd to upload their selected digital image that best represents their subject category.

Applicants Will Be Divided Into 3 Different Age Ranges:

  • Youth (10yrs & under)
  • Young Adult (11yrs - 17yrs)
  • Adult (18yrs & over)

Competition fee:

  • 15yrs & under - $15
  • 16yrs - 61yrs - $25
  • 62yrs & over - $15

Prizes will be awarded for Best in Show for each age range and also 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place within each category.

Click Off Photography Competition Registration 2023

  1. Is this participant under the age of 18?*
  2. I acknowledge that:*
    • The Click Off Photography Competition Kick-Off event will take place via ZOOM on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023 at 6pm.
    • The ZOOM meeting invite will be sent to you on Monday, October 16th to the email address listed above.
  3. I acknowledge that:*
    • My photo category will be randomly assigned to me after the Click Off Kick-Off event and will be
      emailed to me on Oct. 19, 2023 by 3pm.
    • Image upload instructions will also be sent to me, via email, with my randomly assigned category on Oct. 19, 2023.
  4. I acknowledge that*
    • My photo submission must have been taken in Marin County within the contest dates of Oct. 19 - Nov. 2, 2023. 
    • I must upload my photo submission (according to the upload instructions that are sent with my assigned category), by Nov. 2, 2023 at 11:59pm.
    • Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification.
  5. I acknowledge that:*
    • A staff member will contact me at the phone number listed above (Guardian's phone number if participant is under 18), within 3 business days after submitting this registration form, to obtain Visa or MasterCard information to process the entry fee.
    • The entry fees for the Click Off Photography Competition are as follows:
      • Ages 0-15: $15
      • Ages 16-61: $25
      • Ages 62 & Over: $15
  6. I acknowledge that:*
    • The awards ceremony will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023 at 5:30pm at the Mill Valley Community Center.
