ROTATING ART IN THE DEPOT PLAZA

Please join us on the Plaza for an artist reception,

Alexandra Bailliere

"Look Up!"

First Tuesday Artwalk
November 1, 2022
5:30pm to 7:30pm

Marin-based artist Alexandra Bailliere is known for her paintings of nature. She uses light and color to convey the world around her. Look Up! captures the playful movement of morning light as it passes through the lacy canopy of a grove of redwoods. This print was made possible with the help of Dana Davis Photography and Davis Sign Co.

Rotating Art in the Depot Plaza is a new pilot program sponsored by the Mill Valley Arts Commission as part of our Art in Public Places initiative with the support of The Depot Cafe and Bookstore, and the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce. Over the course of twelve months, from March 2022 to February 2023, we are featuring work by artists Alexandra Bailliere, Kandi Cota, and Valentin Popov. Artworks will be presented in a rotating exhibition installed on the exterior wall of the Depot building, visible at the corner of Miller Avenue and Throckmorton Avenue
