4. Consideration of the January 9, 2023 Regular City Council Meeting Action Minutes.

Recommended Action: Approve the City Council meeting action minutes.


5. Consideration of a Resolution Rescinding Resolution No. 22-29 and Adopting an Updated City-Wide Records Retention Schedule for 2023. 

Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 23-___. 


6. Consideration of Authorizing the City Manager to Approve a Budget Adjustment of $45,666.60 for IT Project Management Services Along with a Reallocation of Already Budgeted Expenses.

Recommended Action: Authorize City Manager to approve the budget adjustment. 


7. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Change Order #1 with Coastside Concrete & Construction for the Pedestrian Ramp Improvement Project (PW 21-4).

Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 23-___.


8. Consideration of a Resolution Approving a Budget Adjustment for the Bridge and Culvert Repair Program to Allocate Funding to the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Capital Improvement Program Fund.
