The Planning Department has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), to obtain Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified individuals or firms to provide On-Call Environmental Consulting services for housing-related programs. Consultants will then be selected from the pool of Pre-Qualified Consultants when choosing a Consultant to assist city staff in developing studies and documents in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Staff anticipates utilizing the On-Call Environmental services to help support the environmental review, as needed, for the 2023-2031 Housing Element Update and building affordable homes on the northern portion of City-owned land adjacent to 1 Hamilton Drive.
