Historic Resources Inventory & Historic Context Statement - City Council Hearing

Mill Valley House

The Mill Valley City Council will hold a virtual Public Hearing to consider the Planning Commissions recommendation to adopt the Mill Valley Final Draft Historic Resources Inventory (HRI) Survey Report and Historic Context Statement (HCS) prepared by Page & Turnbull's architectural historians. Planning staff and consultants will present an overview of the Final Draft HRI Survey Report that evaluates Historic-Overlay zoned properties and the informal lists of potentially historic buildings developed by the Mill Valley Historical Society and HRI Advisory Group as well as the Final Draft Historic Context Statement.

The City Council will conduct a Public Hearing during which the public may ask questions and provide comments. Please send any written comments on the Mill Valley Final Draft HRI Survey Report and Historic Context Statement via email to Lisa Newman: lnewman@cityofmillvalley.org. Please submit written comments at least one day prior to the City Council hearing date.
