Resale Inspection (RBR)

Realtors, please note, in order to schedule an RBR online, you will first need to send the following information to the Building Department at building@cityofmillvalley.org. Public User accounts to not have the ability to apply.

How to Apply

Once you are entered in the system, we will send you a User Name and Password, so that you can apply online.

  3. Once your application has been received by the Building Department we will email you instructions for your inspection.

Your Inspection

We are performing in-person resale inspections, all State and County guidelines must be followed. In addition, we are requiring that only the listing agent and one other person accompany our inspector in the home for the inspection. This second person may be the listing agents' partner (if they are co listing the property), property owner, or resident. All other persons must wait outside for the duration of the inspection.

If our inspector arrives onsite and safety protocols are not in place they will leave, a re-inspection will need to be scheduled, and a re-inspection fee will be required. 

The safety of our inspectors and community is our top priority.

After your inspection it will take 10 City working days to complete the report. Once it has been completed, we will email it to the email address(s) provided in the online application.
