Revisions to Existing Permits

** PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW PERMIT APPLICATION TO SUBMIT REVISIONS**

To submit for a revision to your issued permit please email a revision transmittal to Athena Langdon, Permit Services Coordinator at alangdon@cityofmillvalley.org. Your transmittal should include the address and permit number of the project, a description of the revisions: reduced/expanded scope of work, exterior impacts, structural changes, etc. We need to assess the nature of the changes to determine which departments will need to review and approved the revisions.

Once we have received your list of changes, we will send you a Dropbox transfer request where you can upload your transmittal, revised plans, and accompanying documentation. Please note that once the revision submittal is uploaded, the review may take up to 2 weeks to complete. No fees are due at the time of submittal, any revision fees will be due once your plans have been approved.
