Upcoming Meeting: June 21, 2021 City Council Meeting

City Council will consider next steps towards building a 100% affordable housing project (of approximately 40 units) at 1 Hamilton Drive, including issuing a Request for Qualifications to solicit interest from non-profit mission driven institutions to partner with the City and the Mill Valley community.  If a non-profit developer is identified and selected, more detailed site planning and project design will be developed with the community, followed by public hearings.
