APPLY FOR PERMITS  HERE

Contractors can apply for a permit online, but if this is your first time applying for permit online, you will need to request a user account. To request an account please contact Dante Rovero, Engineering Technician, at drovero@cityofmillvalley.org with your State License Number and contact information including your address, phone number and email address. 

Please Note: All Encroachment Permits will require a site plan for submittal. Those documents will need to be attached to your application. Once your application is received it will be reviewed for compliance, this may take up to 7 working days.

Road Impact permits may also be required.  These are required any time you are closing a road, lane, delaying traffic, etc.  For more information click here.

All applications for encroachment permits should include:

• Site plan
• Road Impact permit application if applicable
