February 18, 2020
At their upcoming meeting on Thursday, February 20, the Mill Valley City Council will receive an update on the project and consider a resolution to approve the Phase I plans, specifications and estimates. They will also consider a request to authorize the City Manager to award a bid on the project.
We encourage you to review the Staff Report, which touches on important issues such as the possibility of conducting some of the construction work at night, parking during construction, and our community outreach and engagement efforts.
Join Us: The meeting will take place at 6:30 pm on February 20, 2020 at Council Chambers, City Hall, 26 Corte Madera Ave.

Construction Tool Kit for Businesses
Construction can be challenging, but the result can be very rewarding for your business. We recognize that businesses located in a work zone have special needs. It’s critical that your customers have access to business and that they continue to patronize the businesses, despite any construction work inconvenience.
As you know, construction is necessary—pavement, sewers and utilities don’t last forever. And once the construction is complete, the new pavement, drainage improvements and pedestrian facilities will benefit our much beloved Downtown!
WHAT YOU CAN DO: Plan Now for Upcoming Construction
There is a lot you can do to promote your business, build relationships with your customers, and keep the lines of communication open. It may require some creative thinking and planning, but it can be done.
