How to Help and Make Donations: Masks, Food, Volunteers & More

Community members have contacted us, asking about how to help and make donations. We have a website set up with information for you. Here are some resources if you would like to help:

Donations of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Other Critical Supplies


Marin Health is accepting donations of critical supplies for our frontline care providers. Their donation site is able to accept the following items:

  • Unused N95 respirators and surgical masks. They can be opened, as long as they have not been used
  • Unopened packages of disposable gloves
  • Unopened containers of hand sanitizer
  • Unopened containers of disinfectants and disinfecting wipes
  • Packaged, unused protective goggles

Please Note: They cannot accept any other supplies at this time and must keep storage space at their donation sites available for the items above.

Salvation Army

Donations can be dropped off Monday - Friday, 1:00pm to 4:00pm, at 351 Mission Avenue, San Rafael

The Salvation Army is collecting on behalf of Marin County Office of Emergency Services and all of its coordinating partners. Only donations of new, unopened boxes of N95 masks, surgical masks, isolation masks, disposable gowns, and latex gloves will be accepted at this time.
