Mill Valley Community Connection Helpline

Your Local Resource During COVID-19 Shelter-in-Place

If you are finding it a challenge to manage during this COVID-19 Shelter-in-Place, Mill Valley's Community Connection Helpline may be able to help. Our volunteers, all trained CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) members, can help with daily tasks that may seem difficult at this time. Sometimes it's hard to ask for help but give us a call and let's see if we can be of assistance.

We have connections with many local resources that have stepped up to help out during this time, as well as sources for the most accurate information about what’s going on in Marin during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We can help with:

  • picking up groceries
  • computer help; do you want to learn about Zoom so you can visit remotely with family members?
  • walking your family dog: do you have mobility issues that are making it hard to walk your pet?
  • would you like a friendly phone call? Loneliness is very common during this stay at home time and we're happy to call and have a friendly remote visit.

Your call is confidential. Our helpline is answered Monday through Friday from 10am - 2pm. All messages left outside of this time will be returned by the following business day. Stay safe and be well!
