City Council to Receive a Preliminary Review and Analysis of City-Owned Parcels to Leverage for Affordable Housing

At their meeting on October 5, 2020, the City Council will receive a preliminary review and analysis of City-owned parcels to leverage for affordable housing.

Review the Staff Report 

The purpose of this project is to identify City-owned parcels that may leveraged for affordable housing by eirer selling land to directly fund an affordable housing project and/or donating land for dedicated affordable housing project.

Identification of public owned property was identified as a priority of the Housing Advisory Committee and is also identified in the Housing Element as a program for implementation.
