There are a number of ways to get news updates from the City of Mill Valley.
The MyCity Portal allows for you to set up a personal account, control your own news and event feed, and manage email notifications. The portal also allows you to manage service requests made through the Mill Valley Assist, Citizen Request Management system.
MVConnect is a 2x a month digest with timely updates and summaries of recent news and events: health & safety updates, neighborhood development, upcoming events, crime and infrastructure improvements - plus more! It is sent the week following the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting(s) of the month.
The Library sends four emails a month detailing upcoming events and highlighting new services. Be the first to know when registration opens for our First Fridays and special events. We will not share your email address with any third party vendors and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Nixle keeps you up-to-date with relevant information from the Mill Valley Police Department. Nixle alerts can be sent directly to your phone and/or email.
If you live, work or go to school in Marin County and are 18 and over, you may now register your cell phone or VoIP (voice over internet protocol) phone to receive emergency alerts sent by call, text, email, or smartphone application from the County of Marin.
Listed and unlisted/blocked Marin County landline phone numbers are already included in our emergency notification system. Cell phone and VoIP numbers are not included and will require your registration in our Self-Registration Portal.
